Trust in a relationship isn’t checking their location all day. It’s not feeling like you need to.

GRATITUDE
The dot on the map does not deliver what you are hoping for. It answers where, and then the question comes back an hour later wanting an answer again. Trust is not a conclusion you reach by gathering enough information. It is the absence of the urge to gather it, and that gets built by time and by being told the truth about small things.
Try putting the app down for a day and see what the urge actually feels like. If it is loud, the problem is probably not their whereabouts. Say the worry out loud to them instead, which is slower and far more likely to help.
What do you check on that you wish you didn’t need to?
