Never share someone’s private photo, not even as a joke. That kind of trust doesn’t come back.

GRATITUDE

WHAT THIS MEANS

A photo sent to you in private came with an understanding, and passing it on breaks something that does not repair. The image keeps existing, keeps moving, and is out of everybody’s hands within minutes, including yours. The joke lasts a day. What it costs the person in the picture lasts much longer.

The answer here is no, every time, including when a group is already laughing. If one arrives in your phone, delete it instead of forwarding it to show somebody. And if it is of you, you did nothing wrong, and telling one adult you trust is the fastest way to stop it spreading.
