Endings get remembered out of proportion. People forget the middle of your time somewhere, but they keep the last week in sharp detail, partly because that is when you stopped performing and they got to see what you actually thought of them. Burning it down feels satisfying for about a day. Then it becomes the story told about you to the next person who asks.

Give notice if you can, finish what you started, and say one true thank you to somebody who helped. Keep the complaints for your own people. The world you are leaving is smaller than it looks, and you will meet it again.
