Knowing what you’re actually good at on a team beats pretending you’re good at everything.

REFLECTION
A team is a set of gaps that need covering, and the person who knows precisely what they bring is far easier to build around. Claiming everything sounds useful and leaves everybody guessing where to put you, and the first time the claim meets a real moment, the cost lands on the group.
Name your two real strengths and one genuine weakness, to yourself first and then to whoever is organising things. Ask to be used where you are strong and covered where you are not. Teams reward that much faster than they reward versatility that is not there.
What do you genuinely bring to your team, specifically?
