A new season deserves plans small enough to try before they become an identity.

Fresh starts have a way of arriving oversized. A wish to move more turns into being a runner, with the gear, the announcement, and a standard to fall short of, and by the third week the cost of stopping is embarrassment rather than a missed morning. Small versions survive because nothing much is riding on them. You get to find out whether you actually like a thing before agreeing to become someone who does it.
Take the smallest honest version of what you want to try and give it a month with no announcement. If it holds, it will grow on its own.
Which new interest could you try without announcing it to everyone?
Free, with nothing to buy inside it.
