Courage sometimes means giving reality the chance to prove fear wrong.

RESILIENCE

WHAT THIS MEANS

Fear speaks with great authority about events that have not happened. It knows how they will react, what people will think, how badly it will go, and none of that is knowledge. Giving reality a turn means letting the actual outcome replace the predicted one, which is often the only thing that settles the matter.

Choose the belief that has been costing you the most and design a small test for it. Ask the question, make the request, show the work. Whatever comes back is more useful than the forecast, and even a bad result is usually smaller and more workable than the one fear had prepared.
