The title on an old business card remembers a usefulness that may need new expression.

A job title is a container that a particular period poured your usefulness into. The container can expire while the usefulness does not: the years of settling disputes, reading a room, fixing what nobody else would touch. Finding the old card can sting, because the label no longer fits, but the label was never the same thing as the capability.
Write down what you were actually good at in that role, in plain words rather than the official ones. Then ask where those words point now, including places that have nothing to do with paid work. The skill usually needs a new sentence, not a new person.
Which of your old roles still holds skills waiting for new work?
