Every question comes with a built in range of possible answers. Asking why this always happens to me produces a list of grievances, while asking what would need to be true produces a list of moves. The framing does most of the work before you have thought about anything. People stay stuck inside questions that cannot produce a useful reply.
Catch the question you are actually asking yourself this week and write it down as a sentence. Rewrite it so that answering it requires naming an action. Then answer the new version and do the first thing on the list.
What question keeps handing you the same tired answer?
