A builder measures success partly by what others can now do.

One way to measure a builder is by what they produced. Another is by what the people around them became capable of, which is often the larger number. Skills transferred, obstacles removed, and confidence built keep generating output long after any individual project is done.
Look back over the last year and ask who can do something now that they could not before, partly because of you. If the list is short, it is worth deliberately investing in one person this quarter.
