The quiet kid who’s kind to everyone might be the most Christlike person in the building.

LEADERSHIP
Goodness is quiet, so it loses every popularity contest to things that are loud. Nobody notices the person who is decent to everyone, including the people it does not help to be decent to, because there is no performance attached. That consistency is much rarer and much harder than being impressive.
Look for that person in your building this week, since they are there and you probably already know who. Sit with them, or say the thing you have noticed about how they treat people. Then take a page from them and be kind somewhere with no audience and no return.
Who in your building leads without anyone calling it that?
