Somebody poured into you. Find a younger kid and pour it forward.

Nobody arrives self-made. Someone taught you the thing you are now good at, covered for you once, or said the sentence you still repeat to yourself, usually without expecting anything back. That debt is not payable to them, and most of them would be uncomfortable if you tried. It gets paid forward or not at all.

Think of one person a few years behind you who is standing where you were. Offer something specific and small: an answer, twenty minutes, a ride, the thing nobody explained to you. You do not have to be an expert, only further along than they are right now.
