Recovery is not a reward for being good. It’s the result of being patient and consistent.

RESILIENCE

WHAT THIS MEANS

Healing gets treated as something earned by good behaviour, which turns every slow week into evidence that you did not deserve it. Bodies do not work on merit. They respond to time, to load applied carefully, to sleep and food and repetition, and they do it at their own rate. Following the plan helps, and it is not a trade.

Keep doing the plan on days when it seems to be making no difference, and leave the deserving out of it. Measure in weeks rather than days. If progress genuinely stalls, that is information for the person treating you, not a verdict on how hard you tried.

A QUESTION TO SIT WITH

Have you been waiting to deserve healing instead of just continuing?
