An ending can make room for interests that never had a chance to become serious.
CREATIVITY
CREATIVITY
When something large stops, it clears a space that was fully occupied before. Whatever has ended, a job, a relationship, a long commitment, took most of your attention, and the things you were mildly curious about had nowhere to grow. Some of them are still there, waiting to be given more than the edges of a weekend.
Without rushing, make a short list of things you have always half meant to try. Choose one and give it a proper go rather than a cautious sample, since a real attempt is what turns an interest into something that holds you. There is no obligation to fill the space, only permission.
What interest would you finally pursue if a chapter closed tomorrow?
Free, with nothing to buy inside it.
